You could stay closed permanently. That would be no loss with your rude service staff. Addendum to your answer: We were kind to your staff. Unfortunately we were not served in a friendly manner. Or do you regard rough behavior as being respectful ??? What does some of the reviews say?

Very nice staff, the food was good. The roast pork could be a little more tender. A home-style eatery with a comfortable atmosphere.

We had reserved the table from home a week in advance, as we only arrived today. It worked out fine. The food (2x beef steak on a salad) was delicious as usual. Recommended all round. Kudos to Olaf and everyone else from the service team, who, despite the Covid rules, have the store fully under control to their satisfaction. Keep it up!!!

The food was good. We had Kässpatzen once and Haxn with red cabbage and bread dumplings. The Kässpatzn were really good, but unfortunately far too few onions. There were maybe 2 teaspoons of onions on the large portion, which is definitely not enough for real Kässpatzn. Unfortunately there is a star deduction for the service. The table was not disinfected until we had been seated for 15 minutes (that should be done before new guests take a seat) and the waiters weren't really friendly. You didn't really feel welcome

Recommended at any time. Folk Bavarian cuisine with a large selection of drinks and dishes. Everyone will find something for their taste here. You sit well, the staff is friendly, the prices are by no means too high, the portions are large. Overall, it's a little easier than the goose buck directly next to it. But that's intentional because both have the same owner. To be recommended at any time and of course reservations are required. Go to the Kreuzwirt and you will certainly not regret it.

Sauces are rather standard and have nothing special that could be fun as a guest while eating. Serviette dumplings should be fried on one side, according to the waitress. But these were fried on both sides and one side was almost burnt. So they were very firm. Were exchanged after discussion with the waitress. In Corona times you have to show understanding as a guest, that goes without saying. But a waiting time of 25 minutes, despite a reservation, until you are directed to the table, is not possible and shows a lack of planning and disorganization.

Dear Kreuzwirt team, We went to dinner with them a few days ago. I was really looking forward to traditional Bavarian cuisine. The food tasted good, but there is still room for improvement. The evening could have been so great if we hadn't had a bad-tempered waitress. At 32 years of age, I don't think I have ever experienced anything like this impossible. • She asked 4 out of 6 people to eat and then wanted to leave. ??? • Drinks would be handed over annoyed • I ran quickly to our department, called into the room, everything okay and out again, although we wanted to order something again! • There was no more dessert, the kitchen was closed. It's not that we noticed it at the service & she could have pointed out that you have to order it right away. Because it closes in 10 minutes. Everyone has a bad day sometimes & Corona really doesn't make it any better, BUT ..... This service really missed the job. Roll your eyes when you ask for salt and pepper, AT LEAST you should do this in the kitchen and nobody can see it anymore! Not right in front of me !!!! We would have liked the man to serve us! From a distance he had made a very nice impression. Unfortunately, we will no longer follow this recommendation from regular customers of the restaurant! What a shame!

Food was very good, unfortunately the service was very unfriendly. After clearing the main course she did not come back and when she came back after a very long time we wanted to order dessert, which then no longer worked because the kitchen had already closed. I know that you have to close the kitchen at some point, but we could have been pointed out. We would have liked to have drunk more, but since the waitress stopped coming, we couldn't make any more sales.

A nice place in and of itself. The waitresses weren't exactly friendly which I thought was a shame. The food was okay, I liked it, my companions weren't so convinced. In the end the ice cream was completely forgotten for our children, which can happen, but when we wanted to cancel it after more than 30 minutes, we were asked a bit sloppily why ... Unfortunately the waitress was not so often present at our table. We probably won't go to eat there again.

We can recommend him, the Kreuzwirt. The food served was exactly as we had optimally imagined. Allgäu cheese spaetzle instead of z. B. Potatoes or pasta as a side dish are also not commonplace and therefore particularly worth highlighting. We'd love to come back next year.

Was with my family at Kreuzwirt last week ... we had a nice table in the yard. The man who served us was very nice and always joking. My wife ate a Sauerbraten, never greasy. My sons and I the lumberjack steak. Very delicious! In addition a good beer. We were very satisfied.

Always delicious, no matter when we were here and what we ate. Nice service, fast service, very good value for money.

Very tasty food that is not too expensive in terms of price but is justified. The meat was perfect, very tender and tasty. The Kässpätzle were also very tasty. I can only recommend.

A typical German restaurant with the expected menu containing schnitzel, haxe, sauerbraten (and much more). Very much as expected but not above average.

Friendly & fast service even at busy lunch time. Good variety of local food and beverages (not much outside the usual alpine-bavarian menu though). Overall a very professional place you can come back to anytime!
